The Howard Miller Hourglass III 615-116 Quartz Floor Clock contains an hourglass in the middle of the case featuring a sand timer of approximately one hour that can be rotated and positioned by hand. The metal dial features Arabic numerals and faux gears finished in aged pewter. The entire face is protected by a convex glass crystal and the hour and minute hands are finished in aged silver. The dial is backlit with a small light bulb (using a standard candelabra size fixture) that is diffused with a translucent lens located behind the dial. A touch dimmer pad is located on the upper right-hand side frame, offering four levels of adjustment. Adjustable levelers under all four corners make this clock easy to place in any space.

This metal grandfather clock features a non-chiming, time only quartz movement and requires one "AA" battery.
