This 79th-anniversary floor clock offers a real book-matched olive ash burl on the pediment with a raised shell and vine overlay at the center. Separate doors for the dial and the lower access. The bottom of the case is stepped in the sections to add stability to the case and enhance the Victorian lower door. Astrological, blue moon phase. Crystal-cut, grooved oval glass accents the sculptured lower door. Finished in Golden Oak. A free heirloom plate will be engraved with your family name and a special date. This neoclassic-inspired grandfather clock features a flat top pediment with frontal dentil molding and a stepped base with a cutout. This clock has a Burnished Oak finish on select hardwoods with no distressing. The clean white dial is framed by a brushed nickel-finished bezel and features raised brushed nickel Arabic numerals with a nickel-finished hour and minute hands and a black-screened minute track. Removable, beveled upper-side glass panels offer easy access to the movement. High precision, German-made, cable-driven, Westminster chime movement plays ¼, ½, and ¾ chimes accordingly with full chime and strikes on the hour. Automatic nighttime chime shut-off option.
