Howard Miller Princeton 611-138 Quartz Grandfather Clock

This Quartz, battery operated floor clock offers a Hampton Cherry finish with the new Harmonic Movement with the best chime yet in a quartz clock. Decorative olive ash burl patterned back and bottom panel. The swan neck pediment features a turned urn finial with a decorative shell overlay, while the base includes a decorative cutout. Full size, front opening locking door allows easy access to the inside of the clock and movement.

• The polished brass dial features elaborate corner spandrels and center disk with a silver chapter ring and black Arabic numerals.
• A stationary midnight blue moon phase provides additional accent.
• The hinged door, framed by simple but elegant columns, allows easy access to the movement and to install the batteries.
• Polished brass swinging pendulum and stationary weights are visible behind the full length glass panels.
• Operates on two C-sized batteries and two D-sized batteries which will power the clock about one year at a time.
• Finished in Hampton Cherry on select hardwoods and veneers.
• Adjustable levelers under each corner provide stability on uneven and carpeted floors.
• Automatic nighttime chime shut-off option.

• Quartz, battery-operated, triple-chime Harmonic movement plays a choice of full Westminster or Ave Maria chimes with strike on the hour with 1/4, 1/2, and 3/4 chimes or chime may be turned off.
• Westminster chime may also be set to strike on the hour only. Bim Bam chime counts the hour only.
• Volume control and an automatic nighttime chime shut-off option will silence the chime automatically at night between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
