The melodies include 12 Popular / Classical melodies, 12 Classic melodies and 6 Christmas melodies. This clock requires 4 D size batteries which are included. The music has an on / off switch and a Light Sensor Shutoff so the clock may be silent in the evening hours. There is also a volume control for the music.
