The Hermle 22801-030352 Chigwell Keywound Mantel Clock in Walnut was inspired by the minimalist elegance of the cube. This factory fresh clock offers a highly polished, solid brass Hermle Westminster 352 movement supported by heavy pillars mounted on the solid wood, Walnut piano finish base. The solid glass cover is held in alignment by the polished brass pillars. There are three winding access vents in the front of the case, so the glass cover may stay in play during winding once a week.

The mechanical 8-day spring wound, Westminster movement chimes on four bells. Features include a polished brass finish and an 11-jewel deadbeat escapement with a separate second feature. The seconds are divided into smaller increments, so the second hand appears to be moving in a continuous motion from a distance. An automatic night switch-off will silence the chimes between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM or an All Silence lever to turn off the chimes. Made in Germany.
