Finished in Windsor Cherry on select hardwoods and veneers, this 28" wide floor clock offers a beautiful shell overlay in the center of the pediment with olive ash burl overlays following the curves. Currier & Ives-period scenes grace the moon phase. The antique dial offers cast corners and center with applied numerals. Reeded columns feature richly carved column caps. Beveled glass on the lower door and sides. Complementing antique brass weight shells and decorative molding appears beneath the door., Another decorative molding appears on the cut-out of the base. Concerto movement plays Traditional Westminster , Shubert's "Ave Maria," and Beethoven's Ninth Symphony "Ode to Joy". Features automatic nighttime shut-off option.
