Pre-Owned Sligh Alexandria 0819-1-AN Grandfather Clock

Pre-owned Sligh Legacy Collection Alexandria grandfather clock in good condition. Impressive use of burl and book-matching with the exotic woods on this clocks. Solid cherry case with burl overlays on the top and base. Reeded columns with hand carved tops and bottoms. Separate pendulum front door and a separate locking dial door for access to wind the clock weekly. Impressive solid cherry Goddard shell molding enhances the top of the door. Open, filigree dial allows a visual look to the front of the movement.

Rotary melody and chime functions are located on the top corners of the dial. A span of exotic burl-wood enhances the front of the base where it is book-matched at the center. Hinged access panels flank the dial on the sides for key storage or easy movement access. Beveled glass throughout.

Triple Chime German made Kieninger KSU Series clock movement with four jewels and nine durable bronze bushings for longevity. This clock has been fully serviced and works perfectly. This movement plays Westminster, Whittington and St Michael's quarter hour chime melodies. Chime off lever and automatic night-time off function will turn off the chimes between 10:00PM and 7:00AM when selected. Functional moon phase dial.
