Howard Miller Grandfather Clocks have released their new Limited Edition grandfather clocks for 2019. There will be two editions this year in several finishes.

This 100-year-old style is influenced by older Antique grandfather clocks. The hinged front door features a glass pane framed by an easily removable wood grill, offering a second style option of all glass. The bonnet style top is timeless. The lower door is framed by simple columns with decorative corbel caps.
The astrologically correct rotating moon disk features artwork by American Hudson School artist, Thomas Cole: “The Hunter’s Return — 1845” and “Home in the Woods — 1847”. Thomas Cole was an English-born American painter known for his landscape and history paintings and was one of the major 19th-century American painters, He is regarded as the founder of the Hudson River School, an American art movement that flourished in the mid-19th century. Aged nickel finished weight shells and pendulum bob hangs on a wood stick that matches the case. Removable upper side glass panels offer easy access to the movement. The dial and case are illuminated by an internal lamp on the back of the door with an easy to reach roller switch on the back.

These special 93rd Anniversary Floor Clocks in FOUR FINISHES are inspired by the Swedish Mora clocks from the late 1800s and include an Anniversary Edition inscription on the dial through this year. The aged dial with worn black Roman numerals and minute track and charcoal hands behind a convex glass crystal. The crown on this clock is removable, offering two distinctive looks. Cherry Bordeaux finish on select hardwoods and veneers is lightly distressed. Hinged, top door offers easy access for winding of the clock movement. Hinged, locking front mid door features a glass window and offers a view of the aged nickel finished weight shells and pendulum. The pendulum bob is finished in aged nickel with a wood stick that matches the case. The dial and case are illuminated, with an easy to reach roller switch on the back.
All of the 93rd Anniversary Howard Miller Grandfather Clocks use a German-made Kieninger mechanical movement with an automatic night silence feature if you wish for the chimes to silence during the nighttime hours.
