usually shipped by UPS or the best way to your door. Shipping is included for all Howard Miller clocks within the Cont. United
States. Your exact shipping cost, if any is
shown on every product page before you checkout. Most clocks leave the factory about
2 days after your order is
placed, then the usual UPS time of an additional 2 to 5 business days to your home.
We are unable to ship to APO or PO boxes as UPS will not serve these locations. Most selections are received by our customers within a week or sooner. Upon receipt of your product,
please examine and note if the package is damaged, we take care of it for you.

Setup Video so you will be a pro at setup before it
comes. The video will take you through every step of setup which takes about 20

online now. Upon receipt of your product, please
examine (inspect the box before you accept) and note to the driver if the
package is damaged. If a product is received and it is damaged or
defective, the product will be replaced or repaired as it is important to us
that your expectations are met.
Setup is easy! You have saved hundreds to thousands by choosing to take the clock out of a
cardboard box. Cut the nylon bands
with scissors remove the cardboard box (this takes about 10 minutes). Slide the clock off of the bottom of the
box and slide it near it's destination. Hang the 3 weights and the pendulum
in the clock on the 4 hooks and you are done! Check
the leveling and wind and set the clock as per the instructions. Your new
heirloom is now a part of your home.
