The owner of this company is a soft spoken, mild mannered gentleman who is a pleasure to do business with. Has a wonderful way of 
explaining things to you. I’m sure I taxed his patience trying to understand how to set the moon dial, yet never raising his voice in frustration took all the time necessary to get through to me.
Waited a lifetime for this clock, which is beautiful, many compliments on it as well. The owner is just an added bonus.

Additional Information on this clock:
This grandfather clock is in the highest plateau of the Howard Miller offerings. The solid cherry base is carved in a “Bombay” style. The inlay at the top of the clock is an inlaid keystone with the “Prince of Wales” motif using maple, padauk, amaranth, and ebony veneers on a madrona burl background. This clock has been our most popular in the Presidential series for several years because of its timeless style.
The finish is a genuine lacquer finish in a step by step process where the wood is stained and then the first coat of clear lacquer is applied. After the lacquer cures, the finish is hand rubbed with pumice to increase the shine. This process is repeated several times until the finish is high polished and clear.
