Ridgeway Fremont 2581 Grandfather Clock

The Ridgeway Fremont 2581 Grandfather Clock by Howard Miller offers a traditional design with an elegant swan neck pediment and fully turned finial on top. Cherry Glen Arbor finish on select hardwoods and choice veneers. Reeded columns with upper and lower turned caps frame the door. The functioning moon dial with pierced stars, raised Arabic numerals, and embossed corner and center spandrels glimmer in the night with an interior light. Brass-finished weights shells and a lyre pendulum with a matching decorative oversize 10-5/8" (270mm) disk, hang beautifully in front of a mirrored back.

The front locking door features beveled glass, while removable glass upper side panels allow easy access to the movement. The sculpted base features a decorative cut-out. Four floor levelers level the cabinet on any surface. The no-Reach roller light switch for the interior light is conveniently located on the back of the cabinet.

This grandfather clock features a high-precision, German-made cable-driven, Westminster chime movement. The automatic nighttime chime shut-off lever allows you to play the chimes 24 hours or have the clock silence after 10:00 PM and begin again after 7:00 AM automatically. There is also a chime silence lever to select chimes off on demand. Designed and made in the USA
