Cherry lower profile, barrister style case with detailed exotic wood fan inlays on the front of the clock which is raised by a stepped base and supported by solid brass feet. The brass bezel is hinged on the and opens for winding and a convex (curved) glass crystal that blocks glare. The off-white dial with black Roman numerals is easy to read. Filigree hands add a more formal look to the dial. Arched top with solid Cherry shoulders.
Eight-day key wind movement is Made in Germany. This mantel clock will count the hour with the bell strike and once on the half-hour.
