Bronze-finished independent rotating gears add an extra layer of visual interest to the parchment-type dial punctuated with an aged green center and traditional Roman numeral numbers housed in an aged black metal case.
A protective glass lens covers the dial. The accurate Quartz movement requires one "AA" battery to power the clock and one "D" battery to power the turning gears. If you wish for the gears not to turn, simply omit the "D" battery and the clock will run normally.
