Battery Adapter Conversion Kit This adapter will allow you to place the backup in a standard AA battery slot. The other end is a traditional AC adapter to plug in the wall. This will convert many clocks to an AC powered clock instead of battery powered. BACK-UP insures the clock continues to function in the event of a power loss for any battery operated clock. Once plugged in to any standard outlet BACK-UP will provide power to the clock movement and charge the internal battery. Within 5 hours the internal battery will be fully charged providing power for up to 3 weeks.
