Your River City Cuckoo Clock is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years. Our obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective clock without charge.

This warranty applies to the original consumer and is not transferable. Please enclose a copy of sales receipt.

Warranty service is available by returning the clock, postage prepaid, along with a check in the amount of $8.50 made payable to RIVER CITY SERVICE CENTER for return postage and handling. Please pack your cuckoo clock for shipping as detailed on repair information page and allow 4-6 weeks for warranty repairs.

The following situations are not covered under this warranty.

1. Damage sustained while in transit or through misuse and/or abuse.
2. Chains off the wheels or tangled.
3. Any problems caused by not following the instructions in the instruction brochure packed with your clock.
4. Repairs done by anyone other than an authorized RIVER CITY SERVICE CENTER.

RETURN FOR SERVICE INFORMATION
It is suggested you insure the clock to cover any damage that may occur during shipment. Include your check for $8.50 for return shipping and handling along with a note including your name, phone number, return shipping address and nature of the defect. Please allow 4-6 weeks for warranty repairs.
