Wall Clocks, Mantel and Table Clocks
Howard Miller, Hermle,  Seth Thomas, Bulova and Loricron selections usually ship out in about 2 business days after order is placed. UPS averages about 2 - 5 business days from that point to delivery to your home.

Seiko selections in stock usually ship the next day, then 2 - 3 business days for East Coast delivery  or  4-6 business days for West Coast. 

Grandfather Clocks
Grandfather Clocks ship in about 2-3 business days and then takes about 10 - 12 business days to reach your home in most areas by furniture carrier. Rural areas may take a few days longer. The furniture carrier will call when your selection is close and schedule a day to bring it to you.

If you have a deadline you are trying to make, place the date in the box on the checkout page after making your purchase. We ship as quickly as possible.

We only ship within the Cont. U.S. on most products. If you reside in Alaska or Hawaii, please call us and we can make special arrangements.

We do not ship to other countries outside the United States, however some Howard Miller products over $190.00 may be shipped to Canada. Canadian phone number is 919-402-8714.

Should your selection not be what you expected or meet your needs, please call us after receiving any shipment and we will offer a return authorization where you may ship the selection back to us.
Please call us up to 01-02-2010 after receiving your selection if you need a return authorization and we will email you a return authorization with instructions.

We charge no restocking fees. Most sites charge a 15% - 18% restocking fee, no restocking fees here with our return authorization completed. We only ask that the customer be responsible for the actual cost of shipping. This may be more or less than you were charged.
 

We have a list of specials on our site that we can ship quickly with an average delivery time of about 2 - 5 business days. West coast may take 6 business days.
