Shipping Schedules
Please call us at 1-866-402-8714  Mon.- Sat. 10:00 - 6:00 EST. We can explain exactly how long it takes to receive your selection.  If you are considering a clock, we can lookup the schedule for your selection in real time.

Howard Miller Table Clocks, Seiko Clocks, most Hermle Clocks, River City Clocks and Bulova Clocks ship out the same day (unless marked with a future availability date on our site) if an order is placed prior to 4:00PM EST or on the next UPS pickup after 4:00PM. Shipping time is only 2 - 5 business days anywhere in cont. US.

Howard Miller Wall and Mantel Clock selections usually ship on the 2nd business day after order is placed. UPS averages about 2 - 5 business days from that point to delivery to your home.

Grandfather Clocks
Grandfather Clocks ship in about 2-3 business days and then takes about 14 business days to reach most areas by furniture carrier. Rural areas may take a few days longer. The furniture carrier will call when your selection is close and schedule a day to deliver it to you.

We only ship within the Cont. U.S. on most products. If you reside in Alaska or Hawaii, please call us and we can make special arrangements.

 

the most flexible return policy for clocks online
Should your selection not be what you expected or meet your needs, please call us after receiving any shipment and we will offer a return authorization where you may ship the selection back to us.
Please call us up to 14 days after receiving your selection if you need a return authorization and we will email you a return authorization with instructions.

We charge no restocking fees. Most sites charge a 15% - 18% restocking fee, no restocking fees here with our return authorization completed. We only ask that the customer be responsible for the actual cost of the shipping for your selection. This may be more or less than you were charged.
