Swan neck pediment features bookmatched, cathedral cherry heartwood with a turned urn finial, carved rosettes, and a fluted keystone. The polished brass-finished dial offers elaborate corner spandrels, center disk, a silver chapter ring with black Arabic numerals, and an astrological blue moon phase with a pierced star pattern. The door is framed by reeded columns that include intricately turned column caps. Polished brass-finished weight shells and pendulum with a decorative center disk. The base features a decorative cutout and is accented with a fluted keystone. Crystal-cut grooved glass on lower door. Removable glass, top side panels offer easy access to the movement. Finished in Cherry Bordeaux on select hardwoods and veneers.
Illuminated dial for viewing in a darkened room. Adjustable levelers under each corner provide stability on uneven and carpeted floors. Automatic nighttime chime shut-off option. Heirloom Record Certificate with capsule is included for recording your clock’s ownership history for future generations. You will receive a free heirloom plate, engraved with name and date, by returning the enclosed request card to Howard Miller. Locking door for added security.
